"Good value and everything showed up right"
I ordered a few things from ssegold it went smoothly. Everything I received matched what I paid for, with nothing missing and no random mix-ups, which I really appreciate because that’s kind of the bare minimum you hope for.
The delivery took a little longer than I wanted, but it wasn’t a huge deal. For the price and the fact that the order was accurate, I’d say it was worth it overall, and I’d probably use them again if I needed to.

I’ve usually liked this brand and wanted to keep giving them my business, but the order status was useless. It just kept saying “processing” with no real details or timeline, so I had no idea what was actually going on. Kind of disappointing when you’re trying to stay loyal but the communication makes it hard

Overall, the boost worked well and I didn’t run into any major issues. Compared to a couple of other services I’ve tried, this one felt a bit slower, but the results were still solid.

I used the coupon and it went through easy. Total ended up being less then I thought, so that was nice.

I’ve been charged for the service, but the scam checks still feel weak to me. I’m not really worried about updates or anything like that — I just don’t feel like it’s doing enough to make me feel safe.

"Support was fine, just a little slow..."
Support was okay overall, just not exactly quick. I had to wait a bit between replies and there was one point where I had to ask twice, which was a little annoying... but they did get back to me and ended up fixing the issue. So yeah, it could definitely be faster, but it wasn’t terrible.

I feel like I just got brushed aside the whole time. My issue never actually got fixed, and every time I followed up, it was just another delay or excuse. It’s frustrating because I did everything I was supposed to do, but somehow I’m the one still stuck dealing with it.

"Didn’t feel very trustworthy"
I tried using ssegold.com, it just didn’t sit right with me. The seller side felt a bit sketchy, and I didn’t feel comfortable trusting them with my order. The replies I got weren’t very clear either, so I kept having to ask the same kind of questions just to understand what was going on. What bothered me most was how some of their policies felt like they had loopholes that protect them more than the customer if something goes wrong. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but I personally wouldn’t use them again

I did end up getting my refund, so I can’t say it was a total disaster. But I had to contact support twice before anything really happened, which was annoying. It kind of felt like the process works when it wants to. Not the worst experience ever, just slower and more frustrating than it needed to be.

I’ve bought from ssegold a few times now, and to be fair, my first couple of orders went okay. They weren’t exactly super fast, but everything came through and I didn’t have any major complaints. This last order was a different story though. It took way longer than I expected, and every time I reached out to support, I basically just got told to wait a bit more. I did eventually get my stuff, so it wasn’t a total loss, but the whole process was stressful. Since I’m a repeat customer, I expected a smoother experience. Not sure if I’ll order from them again after this.

I’ve used ssegold a couple of times now, and the loyalty points are a nice little bonus. It’s not a massive discount or anything, but it does add up after a few orders. My only complaint is that the rewards info could be a bit clearer sometimes. Has anyone else had the same issue figuring out how the points work? Overall, still a good experience.

In my experience, they usually have most of what we need in stock. I checked a few items and almost everything was available, except one server that was missing for a little while. Overall, I’d say it’s been good for customers like us who just want things to be easy to find.

The buying part went smoothly enough, so no complaints there. But once I ran into an issue afterward, getting help was a bit of a drag. Replies took longer than expected, and when they did come through, they were brief, so I ended up explaining the same thing more than once. It got sorted eventually, but it definitely wasn’t the kind of support that makes you feel looked after
